Operations Leader

As an Operations Leader (Key Holder) at Petco, you will be a trusted member of the store leadership team responsible for supervising partners, opening and closing the store, handling cash, and serving as a key point of contact in the absence of store management. You will lead on-the-floor operations, solve problems in real time, and ensure a high-quality customer and pet-care experience. You’ll train new partners, maintain a clean and visually appealing store, execute merchandising standards and inventory activities, address out-of-stock and merchandising issues, and support sales initiatives to help achieve store goals. Required strengths include leadership, problem-solving, effective communication, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, basic math and cash handling skills, and a commitment to Petco’s animal welfare and safety standards.
