Operations Leader

As an Operations Leader (Key Holder), you are a trusted member of the store leadership team who helps ensure smooth daily operations, exceptional customer service, and a safe environment for pets, partners, and customers. You will supervise partners, open and close the store, and serve as a point of contact when management is not present. You’ll lead on-the-floor activities, solve problems in real time, support training and best practices, maintain a clean, organized store, execute merchandising standards, manage inventory and cash handling, and contribute to achieving store goals through leadership and collaboration.
