Operations Leader

Operations Leader at Petco responsible for leading on the sales floor as a Key Holder: supervise partners, open/close the store, handle cash and transactions, support daily store operations, merchandising, inventory, and customer experience, provide guidance to partners, train new hires, maintain a clean and engaging store, and ensure adherence to animal welfare and safety standards while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
