Job Summary
Lead production operations at the plant, driving IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 sigma initiatives and a line-centric organization to progress Self-sufficient teams. Coach Line Leaders, cascade plans and KPIs, and establish governance to review and improve safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement. Own talent, capabilities, and engagement for the manufacturing team, partner with multifunctional peers, ensure compliance with quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, security, and environmental standards, and advance continuous improvement to achieve best-in-class performance.
Required Qualifications
- Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry
- Experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and coaching/leadership skills
- Analytical, problem solving and team-building abilities
- Engineer with strong financial & business acumen, project management skills
- Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment
- Ability to drive governance and continuous improvement to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals
