Job Summary
Lead 35-45 blue collar employees on repair production lines to ensure reliability, consistency, and a safe learning environment. Operationalize Fulfillment-5 metrics across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People while driving a zero-exception culture. Engage shop floor operators daily to sustain regulatory and non-regulatory compliance, resolve shop floor issues with Safety, Engineering, Quality, and HR, and drive on-time delivery through meeting repair job plans. Own job cost reviews, utilization, capacity planning, and manpower planning for the cell, championing productivity initiatives and cost reduction projects. Lead product lines, drive 5S and lean excellence, and ensure compliance with QMS procedures. Manage change and develop teams within a gas turbine component repair business.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor 's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related job/Manufacturing repair business
- 2 years of experience in people leader role
- Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office)
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated Safety and Quality focus
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Lean deployment
- Good working knowledge of manufacture/repair processes associated with gas turbine components
- Experience in a leadership role within a power generation or repair business
- Proficiency in dealing with SAP
- Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate teams
- Good understanding of workshop practices/processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage change
- Strong communication & organizational skills
