Job Summary
Lead 35-45 blue collar employees on repair production lines while performing planning and execution responsibilities to drive fulfillment in the cell. Operate daily to ensure reliability and consistency, sustaining Operations compliance to Regulatory and Non-Regulatory actions by engaging shop floor operators. Drive On-Time-Delivery through meeting repair jobs plans and own the job cost review process and utilization capacity planning. Champion productivity initiatives, cost reduction projects, and lean excellence including 5S. Resolve shop floor issues promptly by working inclusively with Safety, Engineering, Quality, and HR. Ensure compliance to QMS procedures and help the Quality team. Manage a 'zero exception' culture focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity, and People.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor 's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience in related job/Manufacturing repair business
- 2 years of experience in people leader role
- Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office)
- Demonstrated project management experience
- Demonstrated Safety and Quality focus
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Lean deployment
- Good working knowledge of manufacture/repair processes associated with gas turbine components
- Experience in a leadership role within a power generation or repair business
- Proficiency in dealing with SAP
- Demonstrated ability to manage, develop and motivate teams
- Good understanding of workshop practices/processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage change
- Strong communication & organizational skills
