Job Summary
Operations Leader at Sephora responsible for driving operational excellence in a Grand Rapids store. Oversees inventory management, replenishment, order fulfillment, and visual merchandising to uphold Sephora’s brand and drive sales. Partners with the team to deliver an exceptional client experience, coaches and develops staff on operational processes, selling behaviors, and performance metrics, and fosters an inclusive, collaborative culture. Must be available for flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays; must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds. Requires 2+ years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality and strong communication and organizational skills. Full-time role based at the Grand Rapids, MI location with a focus on adherence to store standards and safe, enjoyable shopping experiences.
