Job Summary
Lead Sephora's store operations in Torrance to drive operational excellence, overseeing inventory, replenishment, order fulfillment, visual merchandising, events, and store maintenance while coaching the team on selling behaviors, performance metrics, and company initiatives. Ensure adherence to Sephora standards and a safe, enjoyable shopping experience. Requires 2+ years of leadership experience in retail operations or hospitality; strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills; ability to motivate teams and manage schedules (nights, weekends, holidays); physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Hourly range: $28.00-$32.20.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role, preferably in retail operations or hospitality
