Operations Leader - Colorado

Lead revenue, profitability, and overall financial performance across the Colorado portfolio by developing annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor performance trends, conduct regular financial and operational reviews, and align staffing and investments to optimize returns. Ensure effective project transitions, staffing strategies, and quality management while anticipating technical, financial, and delivery risks. Lead project financial reviews, partner with project leaders to drive accountability, and serve as Project Officer or Senior Project Manager on select strategic initiatives. Build a culture of accountability and collaboration, mentor leaders for succession planning, and strengthen client satisfaction through strategic positioning and relationship building.
