Job Summary
Operations Lead responsible for store leadership duties including inventory management, shrink reduction, and floor execution. Partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to maximize performance. Lead and develop Operations Associates, drive profitability and efficiency, conduct performance feedback, and maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor. Will move dynamically on the retail floor to support business needs, collaborate cross-functionally (with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead), and ensure adherence to company directives. Requires 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment and demonstrated leadership, with strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Job level is Associate; full-time role with variable shifts and availability during peak periods.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- High energy, upbeat and enthusiastic with the ability to integrate fun and work
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
