Job Summary

Lead daily foreclosure processing across multiple states by retrieving executed documents, generating recording-ready files, and maintaining accurate tracking pages within the case management system. Monitor case progress to ensure adherence to key deadlines, perform inventory reconciliation, and review checklists to confirm accuracy prior to milestones and auctions. Act as the first point of contact and escalation for the team, providing instructions to personnel while drafting and executing documents for non-judicial foreclosures. Stay current on state statutes to serve as a subject matter expert in client audits and firm-wide initiatives, continuously identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and implement automation.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in foreclosure or mortgage‐servicing operations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated customer‐service skills
  • Excellent organizational and time‐management abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong problem‐solving and critical‐thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Access
