Job Summary
Conduct daily replenishment processes, process inbound trucks, and maintain stock organization systems to ensure visual presentation and planogram standards. Coach the team on product knowledge, streamline workflows, and provide in-the-moment feedback to meet expectations while prioritizing the guest experience. Own assigned areas of responsibility, manage shipment validation, and proactively identify maintenance needs to minimize shrink and inventory errors. Ensure trucks are processed within productivity guidelines and prioritize PO processing in line with key departments and bestsellers. Maintain excellent stakeholder relationships and escalate employee concerns to senior leadership. Requires 2+ years in a supervisory role, ability to lift 50 pounds, and flexible availability across days, evenings, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in an Operations supervisory role within a fast-paced premium retail or experience-based environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, and bending, twisting, and standing for long periods of time
- Flexible availability in line with a Flagship Retail environment across days, evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of POS and Inventory management systems a plus
