Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day showroom operations by maintaining inventory management practices, conducting audits, and ensuring product accuracy while keeping the environment organized and aligned with merchandising standards. Support store readiness for promotions and events, provide sales floor coverage during peak hours, and assist customers with special orders, returns, and inquiries. Own a sales goal aligned with personal selling hours and demonstrate expert knowledge of operational systems to support the team. Communicate priorities to staff and partner with leadership to address challenges. Requires 2+ years of retail experience, flexibility for evenings and weekends, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
