Job Summary
Operations Lead in a warehouse-format store with part-time status. Responsible for opening/closing, Front-End processes, coordinating with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing for traffic, sales, and guest experience, planning daily/weekly zone workloads, and delegating tasks to achieve store and department goals. Oversees tasks related to customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and overall store profitability. Leads training, coaching, and performance appraisal to drive productivity, communicates via team huddles, and participates in freight processes, including inbound freight, stocking, and end-cap maintenance. Requires open availability for nights and weekends, strong communication, ability to lift 50 lbs (team lift 100 lbs), and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach
- Ability to train, develop, motivate, and lead a team
- Ability to comprehend and apply store policies
- Reliable and trustworthy with a focus on ethics and customer experience
