Job Summary
Conduct all store opening, closing, and front-end processes, ensuring operational readiness and troubleshooting. Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness while managing labor model standards and business metrics. Plan and execute daily zone workloads, assigning tasks to meet sales goals and guest engagement targets. Support the team in customer satisfaction, inventory control, shrinkage prevention, and loss prevention expense control. Drive productivity through training, coaching, and appraising results, leveraging daily interactions to teach customer experience topics. Process incoming freight, sort products, and stock shelves including end cap maintenance, while maintaining a clean warehouse-format store. Requires ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs, with open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
