Job Summary
Operations Lead in a part-time retail store setting responsible for opening/closing, Front-End processes, training, delegation of tasks, and ensuring operational readiness to drive sales. This role coordinates staffing with the Assistant Store Manager, maintains compliance with timekeeping and labor standards, supports inventory control and loss prevention, delivers customer satisfaction, and leads team coaching, daily task planning, freight processing, and end-cap maintenance to keep the store efficient and profitable. The position requires vigorous lifting and the ability to move merchandise in a warehouse-format environment, with a focus on safety, ethics, and team leadership.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and reach as required for store duties
- Ability to train, motivate, and lead in a team environment
