Job Summary
Operations Lead oversees store operations including opening/closing, Front-End processes, training, and task delegation to drive sales and maintain a customer-focused experience. Responsible for planning and executing daily/weekly zone workloads, coordinating with the Assistant Store Manager to optimize staffing, ensuring compliance with timekeeping policies and labor standards, and driving productivity through coaching and performance assessment. Manages tasks related to customer satisfaction, inventory/shrink control, safety, loss prevention, and merchandising, including freight processing, down stocking, end-cap maintenance, and maintaining a neat, organized store. Requires strong leadership to motivate, train, and develop the team, effective communication during team huddles, and the ability to work nights and weekends with flexible scheduling. Must be physically capable of lifting heavy merchandise and working in a warehouse-format environment, with attention to detail and a focus on safe, ethical operations.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to move merchandise around a warehouse-format store
