Job Summary
Conduct all store opening, closing, and front-end processes while ensuring operational readiness, troubleshooting, and housekeeping. Coordinate with the Assistant Store Manager to maximize staffing effectiveness, manage labor model standards, and execute daily/weekly zone workloads to meet sales and guest engagement goals. Process incoming freight, sort products, stock shelves, and maintain end caps in a warehouse-format store, adhering to safety, loss prevention, and shrink control protocols. Train, coach, and appraise the team to drive productivity and uphold ethical conduct. Requires open availability for nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift 50 lbs and team lift 100 lbs; high school diploma; and background check.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Communicates clearly and concisely with excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs. as well as to move merchandise around the warehouse-format store routinely
- Ability to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach at times
- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail, e.g., standards, processes, marketing, etc.
- Reliable and trustworthy role model for ethical and honest behavior. Does the right thing for the team member, the customer, and the company in all situations
