Operations Lead (Part-Time) responsible for store opening/closing, training, task delegation, and maintaining safety/compliance in a warehouse-format home décor store. Supports staffing, adherence to timekeeping and labor models, and delivers strong guest experience. Manages freight processes, stocking, inventory control, end-cap maintenance, and supports daily zone workload while coaching and leading team members to meet sales and customer service goals.
Required Qualifications
