Operations Lead (Protein Repack)

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate daily protein repack operations in a cold-storage environment, directing workflow, training and supporting a team responsible for safely repacking poultry and other protein products, and ensuring food safety, quality, inventory control, and workplace safety standards. Serve as backup to the Supervisor, operate forklifts and material handling equipment, and uphold HACCP/GMP requirements. Must be bilingual (English/Spanish) and able to work in-office with weekend/flexible hours in the Atlanta area. Focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement while maintaining accurate production and quality standards.
