Job Summary

Operations Lead Pharmacist - Inpatient role leads all pharmacy functions during the night shift, directs pharmacists, interns, and technicians, coordinates staffing, and oversees safe medication practices. Responsible for reporting adverse drug reactions and medication errors, developing and evaluating pharmacy programs, and ensuring accountability with autonomy over the night shift operations. Requires a State of Washington Pharmacist License and at least three years of pharmacy practice; ASHP-accredited residency experience may substitute for time. Night shift, part-time (35 hours/week).
