Job Summary
Lead pharmacist for inpatient operations during the night shift with responsibility for directing pharmacy staff (pharmacists, interns, and technicians), coordinating scheduling, and developing and implementing safe medication practices. Independently accountable for the night shift’s pharmacy functions, including detecting and reporting adverse drug reactions and medication errors, and ensuring safe medication practices. Requires a Washington pharmacist license and at least three years of pharmacy practice; ASHP residency substitution may apply. Part-time position at Harborview Medical Center with 35 hours per week, night shifts, and a pay range of $159,480 to $228,168 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Three years experience in pharmacy practice
- State of Washington Pharmacist License
- ASHP-accredited residency training may substitute months for experience
