Operations Lead - Payments of Taxes

Monitor daily productivity of registration specialists to ensure Creditable Withholding Tax, Real Property Tax, and Documentary Stamp Tax are qualified, paid, and liquidated on time. Empower staff through side-by-side training, delegate responsibilities with accountability, and manage service providers and government agencies by setting targets and resolving issues. Meet regularly with LGUs, the BIR, and the Registration Head to update on actions, cascade policies, and implement process improvements. Prepare management reports for department heads. Requires a Bachelor's degree in management or business/marketing.
