Job Summary
Hands-on Operations Leader to strengthen and scale regional operations; drive performance, align cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Support), and ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery while supporting broader business goals. The role involves building relationships with customers, tracking KPIs, budgeting and cost management, ensuring policy compliance, guiding on employee-related matters, identifying risks and opportunities, and refining workflows, SOPs, and team structures to enable scalable operations across global regions.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an Operations Leadership or similar senior management role
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments, with a track record of building operations from the ground up (processes, SOPs, workflows)
- Strong background in operations management, stakeholder management, and leading high-performing teams
- Hands-on experience managing service delivery, workforce planning, and operational performance
- Comfortable collaborating with global teams across time zones
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills
- Experience with budgeting, cost management, or P&L management is a plus
- Familiarity with HR processes, employee relations, and workplace compliance
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, workforce management, or other operational platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
