Operations Lead (Nights)

Job Summary
Operations Lead (Nights) oversees production line leadership, covers shift supervision in absence of the supervisor, drives quality and GMP/SOP adherence, trains employees, troubleshoots equipment, coordinates with maintenance, and maintains documentation and safety standards in a 12-hour night shift in a food-manufacturing environment. Requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, ability to manage paperwork and quality checks, familiarity with GMP, HACCP, SQF, and sanitation procedures, plus the capacity to work with minimal supervision and communicate effectively with the team.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Two to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Associate degree or higher (preferred)
- Experience in Food manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of business, computers and math
- Able to evaluate a situation, attention-to-detail, and ability to make decisions independently
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Flexibility to cover other shifts and weekends, as needed
- Must be able to stand and work for long periods of time (12) hours and lift a minimum 30-50 pounds frequently
