Job Summary
Operations Lead responsible for optimizing and coordinating engineering delivery. An environment where teams collaborate effectively, continuously improve, and balance delivery, quality, and resilience. Analyze and optimize team and cross-functional processes using feedback, retrospectives, and operational metrics to improve execution. Enable sustainable delivery by identifying blockers and improving workflows. Establish KPIs and transparency mechanisms to support data-driven oversight. Lead operational initiatives and cross-team projects, managing dependencies and stakeholder expectations. Support engineers’ growth through coaching, onboarding improvements, and targeted development initiatives. Office in Berlin with focus on in-person collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading, coaching, or developing teams in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of operational excellence, workflow optimization, prioritization, and delivery management in software development
- Comfort with KPIs, operational metrics, and data-driven decision-making to identify improvements
- Understanding of software development processes and ability to engage in technical and product discussions without owning technical decisions
- Proactive ownership mindset and ability to drive topics forward
- Ability to speak up and challenge ideas constructively and to work with diverse perspectives
