Job Summary
Lead store operations to drive profitability and efficiency, partner with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate work and provide feedback, manage inventory processes and/vendor relationships, ensure floor and stockroom standards, execute shipments/receiving/reverse transfers, maintain visual standards, and drive guest experience. Demonstrates strong business acumen, uses metrics to guide strategy, and directly oversees Operations Associates including recruiting and development; collaborates with Visual Lead and Sales & Service Lead to ensure cross-functional execution. Role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, flexibility to work opening/closing and weekend shifts, and full-time availability through peak holiday periods.
Required Qualifications
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK
- Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
