The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program at Mister Car Wash launches your leadership career over a focused 16-week training period, working closely with an experienced General Manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience, lead daily operations, and promote memberships like Unlimited Wash Club. You’ll develop hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities, with a clear path toward Assistant General Manager. Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, thrive in a fast-paced team setting, and are motivated to grow through mentorship and real-world responsibilities. The role emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and curiosity-driven growth, with responsibilities including guiding teams to balance speed, quality, and guest satisfaction, promoting products, and contributing to a positive, high-performance culture. Employment is hourly, with a pay range of $20-$23 per hour, and requires successful completion of pre-hire background and MVR checks. Location for this role is Tucson, AZ (in-person).
