Job Summary
Deliver an unforgettable customer experience with Mister's signature wave, smile, and commitment to excellence. Lead daily operations with purpose, helping your team balance speed, quality, and teamwork to create "wow" moments for every guest. Grow your sales and leadership skills by promoting our products and Unlimited Wash Club® memberships. Work closely with an experienced General Manager to build hands-on operational skills and foundational leadership abilities over a focused 16-week training experience. Take on new challenges with curiosity, using every shift as a chance to learn, grow, and build confidence in your leadership. This role is part of Mister Car Wash's industry-leading Operations Leadership Program, designed to equip you with the experience needed to step into the Operations Lead role with a clear path towards Assistant General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience—at least 1 year leading a team, supervising shifts, or managing people in a customer-facing environment
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-hire background and Motor Vehicle Records (if applicable) check
