Job Summary
The Operations Lead in Training (OLIT) program is a 16-week leadership training track at Mister Car Wash designed to develop operational and people-management skills. You’ll work with a General Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences, lead daily operations balancing speed, quality, and teamwork, and promote products and Unlimited Wash Club memberships. The program emphasizes hands-on leadership development, growth into an Assistant General Manager role, and is supported by mentorship, comprehensive training, and competitive benefits. Required Qualifications
