Job Summary
As Team Lead, Operations at Sephora Canada, you will manage the Operations team for the Mississauga store, lead inventory and stock processes, oversee staffing and budgeting for operations, ensure visual merchandising and store standards, coach cleaning crews, monitor supplies and samples, participate in performance management, act as Manager on Duty, and engage with clients on the sales floor to optimize store performance and customer experience. The role requires 1–3 years in a similar operating role, strong people leadership, and demonstrated store-operations and time-management skills. Compensation ranges CAD$22.20–CAD$26.10 per hour, plus benefits and potential performance-based bonuses, with AI-assisted recruitment in the process.
Required Qualifications
- One to three years' experience in a similar operations role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience
