Job Summary
Lead Sephora store operations in Sudbury, overseeing the Operations team and ensuring execution of store-focused processes. Responsibilities include inventory management (shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counts), visual merchandising and adherence to standards, supply management of store testers and samples, and participation in performance management. Regularly act as Manager on Duty, engage with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor, and develop budget strategies with a strong understanding of sales performance, staffing, and controllable expenses. Qualifications include 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a comparable volume store or equivalent internal experience, demonstrated ability to influence peers, and strong store operations, time management, and problem-solving skills.
