Job Summary
As Team Lead, Operations at Sephora, you will manage the Operations team for the Dartmouth, NS store, lead operational processes and inventory control, supervise overnight stock, ensure visual merchandising and cleaning standards, manage supplies and budgets, and participate in performance management and staff development. You’ll act as Manager on Duty, engage with clients on the sales floor, and apply your knowledge of store performance, staffing, payroll, and controllable expenses to optimize store operations and customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback
- strong store operations skills
- effective time management and problem-solving skills
- comfortable with budget, staffing and payroll understanding
