Job Summary
Lead store operations for Sephora Ottawa (ON) to drive operational excellence: manage the operations team, oversee staffing of operations and overnight stock, lead inventory management including shipping/receiving/ccycle counting, direct visual merchandising and execution of in-store standards, manage supplies and budget, participate in performance development and act as Manager on Duty, engaging with Beauty Advisors and clients on the sales floor while developing budget strategies and understanding store sales performance, staffing, payroll and controllable expenses.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
- proven ability to influence peers and provide feedback
- strong store operations skills
- effective time management and problem-solving skills
