Job Summary
Lead store operations including opening/closing, Front-End processes, training and delegation of tasks, and ensure compliance with company standards to drive sales. Responsible for planning/executing daily/weekly zone workloads, coordinating staffing with the Assistant Store Manager, optimizing the customer experience, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and merchandising (including freight processing, stocking, end caps). Drive productivity through training, coaching, and team huddles, and maintain a neat, organized store with a focus on safety, ethics, and profitability. Open availability for nights and weekends and ability to lift/move merchandise in a warehouse-format retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Background Check will be completed
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and team lift 100 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to bend, climb, and reach
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail and adherence to standards
