Job Summary
Lead end-to-end boutique operations for FAO Schwarz inside Nordstrom, overseeing product flow from receiving to floor with speed and accuracy; execute planograms and visual merchandising to maintain a guest-ready presentation; manage ship-from-store fulfillment for home delivery; coach and develop the Operations team, including onboarding new hires for dual-brand operations; maintain inventory accuracy and shrink mitigation; drive replenishment with a guest-first mindset; ensure back-of-house organization and operational readiness, while stepping into Manager on Duty to set the tone across the boutique and deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in an operations supervisory role in a fast-paced premium retail or experience-based environment
- experience coaching and developing a team on the floor
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
