Job Summary
Operations Lead on the Discovery team to design scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and optimize tools and systems across cross-functional business units; responsibilities include developing strategic reporting and planning processes, refining forecasts, managing relationships with customers/government agencies, delivering data-driven insights to enable revenue generation, and translating sales pipeline demand into cross-functional plans. Requires data-driven mindset, cross-functional collaboration, experience with growth systems (Salesforce), governance of data integrity, ability to analyze top-line data for trends, and strong communication with internal/external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-6 years managing complex technical software programs or 5 years in consulting for aerospace and defense
- Strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering, software development, and hardware/software integration
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies and supporting tools
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Strong financial and operational analysis
