Job Summary
Manage daily operations of enterprise connectivity services, including SASE and VPN, ensuring stability of voice and video communication. Provide operational support, oversee service delivery, and ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Focus on infrastructure automation and improvement while collaborating with engineering for reusable frameworks. Manage relationships with service providers, participate in contract reviews, and handle vendor invoicing. Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory standards. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in related fields and extensive IT operations experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT operations or network support
- Good exposure to GSIP and SASE platforms - Security, DNS, X.509
- Knowledge with network automation tools
- Proven experience in supplier management, especially with managed services
- Familiarity with SSL certificate management and firewall basics (e.g., Palo alto)
- VPN technology
- Strong background in vendor and intercompany invoicing processes
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
