Job Summary
Drive delivery across all teams by creating clear plans, assigning owners, and raising blockers early to prevent drift. Own the company's operating rhythm, including objectives, KPIs, and risk review cadence, while taking company-wide initiatives from plan to live. Establish structure by scoping new needs and providing clear recommendations, then unblock delivery by identifying resource gaps and solving for them. Hold directors and team leads accountable for delivery, driving cross-team blockers to resolution. This senior role reports to the GM at a pivotal stage for CoMind, which is developing non-invasive neuromonitoring technology to improve brain disorder diagnosis and treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Established management experience running operations
- Startup experience
- Experience working across job families
- A track record of decisions that worked, with the results to show it
- The ability to point to an ambiguous situation you walked into, organised and fixed
- You get things done
- You are motivated by organising noise - introducing process, tools and systems where none exist
- The credibility to hold senior people to account, done firmly and fairly, with sound business judgment and discretion
- Must be able to work at least 4 days per week in the office
- Must be based in the London (Kings Cross) office
