Job Summary
Operations Lead supporting the Army National Guard (ARNG) Training and Range Support Program for Yorktown System Group (YSG). Provides integrated logistical and technical instruction across Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS), RVTP and SRP; coordinates site training operations; aligns data and reporting; develops and revises lesson plans and POIs; delivers instruction and evaluates operator performance; operates training devices and simulators within the Synthetic Training Environment (STE); ensures materials and equipment are ready for classes; certifies operators and tracks recertification; maintains Training Support Center operations and related warehouse activities; supports government with research, policy standards, TS-MATS usage, and field knowledge transfer; requires valid state driver’s licenses and ability to operate government vehicles; willing to travel and work at Fort Indiantown Gap, PA and other sites as needed; DoD SECRET clearance is required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in training support center operations or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience with Army National Guard Training programs
- Appropriate valid licensing and training required by state and federal laws and regulations to operate Government Owned or Leased Vehicles (i.e. GSA lease) and/or forklift machinery prior to and throughout the contract performance
