Job Summary
Drive quarterly goal-setting and hold KPI owners accountable, while overseeing all people operations from recruitment to off-boarding. Lead and coach a team of eight through regular one-on-ones and performance reviews, and run cross-team initiatives end-to-end, including pricing changes and tooling migrations. Own the operational cost base by managing vendor contracts, freelancer agreements, and budget decisions. Foster company culture by organizing retreats, running workshops, and maintaining the internal handbook. Monitor operational performance to flag issues before they escalate. This fully remote role supports a Swiss-based team of ten, with a focus on candid collaboration and pragmatic customer satisfaction in the remodelling project space.
Required Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills
- Proven track record in a small company (10 to 30 employees)
- Excellent project management skills
- Native German speaker
- Fluent in English
- Capable of multitasking, prioritising effectively, and solving problems in a dynamic environment
- Strong leadership, management and decision-making skills
- Ability to drive results and foster a collaborative team environment
