Job Summary
Operations Lead for 2nd shift at ODW Logistics overseeing warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. Directs warehousing teams, runs reports to optimize building capacity, ensures adherence to SOPs, and communicates operational changes across transportation, warehouse, management, and customers. Requires basic to advanced proficiency with a Warehouse Management System, strong teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Education/experience: HS diploma or equivalent required; 3 years forklift experience; proficient in Microsoft Office; WMS experience; leadership aptitude and a focus on safety, productivity, and quality.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- 3 years of Forklift experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Warehouse Management System experience
- Must be "hands on", able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
