Job Summary
Direct warehouse operations by protecting inventory accuracy through cycle counts, directing the warehousing team, and running reports to maximize building capacity. Manage inbound and outbound documentation, utilize the warehouse management system, and communicate operational issues to supervisors and other departments. Ensure all products are handled per customer procedures while supporting safety, quality, and productivity initiatives. Work various shifts on short notice, spend 90% of time on the warehouse floor in a fast-paced environment, and handle multiple priorities to meet deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of Forklift experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Warehouse Management System experience
- Must be able to excel in a team oriented environment
- Must be comfortable leading teams
- Must be hands on
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Ability to hear, read and comprehend
- Ability to write and communicate
- Ability to continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
- Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
- Ability to focus to see close and distant
- Ability to have depth perception capabilities
- Ability to work moderate overtime
- Ability to work occasional weekend work
- Ability to work various shifts on short notice
- Ability to spend 90% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Logistics or Business-related field
