Operations Lead- 2nd shift

Job Summary
Directs the logistics efforts of the distribution center and assists with loading and unloading product in the warehouse, and performing other material handling operations as needed. Oversees inventory accuracy, adherence to SOPs, and completion of inbound/outbound documentation. Leads warehousing team, runs reports to maximize facility capacity, uses the warehouse management system and timekeeping system, and communicates operational changes to office personnel. Maintains focus on safety, quality, and productivity, engages with local management, and supports company goals. Performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Associates’ degree in Logistics or Business related field (Preferred)
- 3 – 5 years of Forklift experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Warehouse Management System experience
- Must be able to excel in a team oriented environment and be comfortable leading teams to achieve safety, productivity and quality goals
- Must be "hands on", able to handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
