Operations

Conduct general lot duties including cleaning the facility grounds, moving snow, spraying weeds, and mowing grass. Ensure safety compliance by following all regulations and performing preventive maintenance on equipment. Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments with management. Maintain soil sampling records and utilize basic mechanical skills for daily equipment upkeep. Lift more than 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform other physical tasks required in running an agricultural location. Work as part of Keystone Cooperative's team serving farmers across Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois.
