Job Summary
Assist customers with transportation and logistics services under close supervision. Plan freight, manage asset utilization, and oversee driver supervision and payroll while ensuring DOT compliance and safety management. Perform account-specific duties related to logistics analysis, maintenance coordination, and profit-and-loss management. Gain exposure to industry trends and company initiatives regarding driver retention. Work 20-25 hours weekly as a part-time intern.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program OR graduate degree program in good standing at an accredited community college, college or university
- Must be able to work 20-25 hours a week during the school semester
- GED (Required)
- High School (Required)
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and shifting priorities and directives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Junior or Senior level preferred
