Job Summary
Conduct database audits and build reusable impact dashboard templates in Salesforce/G-Suite to map founder growth metrics. Design a 30-day Founder Community Communications Playbook, creating newsletter layouts and structuring engagement workflows for Slack channels. Evaluate the founder onboarding journey by designing standardized intake checklists and milestone tracking frameworks. Develop an Event & Mentorship Execution Toolkit with planning templates, run-of-show blueprints, and feedback collection tools for workshops. Onsite in Markham, Ontario, 5 days a week. Receive a monthly travel and meal allowance up to $1,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a post-secondary program in Business Administration, Operations, Entrepreneurship, Technology Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in startups, technology commercialization, and the Canadian entrepreneurship ecosystem.
- Strong organizational, planning, and written communication skills
- Work Model: Onsite (Markham, Ontario), 5 days a week.
Desired Qualifications
- Baseline familiarity with analytical tools, database logic (e.g., Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel), or digital communication platforms is an asset.
