Job Summary
Identify, analyze, and implement new processes while crafting labor standards and training protocols to enhance warehouse efficiency. Rigorously review inventory accuracy and actively participate in projects focused on continual enhancement to minimize errors and improve performance against Key Performance Indicators. Engage in diverse operational improvements under close mentorship from Executives and Directors, gaining insights into leadership growth and business acumen through guided facility tours and team-building activities.
Required Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in an accredited 4-year bachelor's degree program
- Majoring in general business, management, logistics, or a related field
- Must be a current Junior in academic standing
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, spanning June to August 2027 (1st shift hours)
