Job Summary
The Operations Intern will analyze historical data to identify labor management trends, complete labor studies at various parks, and prepare action plans to improve efficiency using Lean, Six Sigma, and DMAIC processes. This role involves collaboration with stakeholders at all levels, preparing project status updates, and assisting in system training presentations. Candidates must currently pursue a relevant degree, maintain good academic standing, and possess analytical and project management skills. Bilingual abilities are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or Business Management
- Maintaining a good academic record
- Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
Desired Qualifications
- Previous work or internship experience involving data analytics, project management, or similar duties
- Previous hospitality, amusement park, theme park, or water park experience
Additional Requirements
- Ability to frequently travel to the Group’s European locations throughout the summer (70-80% expected travel)
