Job Summary
Operations Intern will support manufacturing operations through work-in-process tracking, production floor follow-up, and operational analytics. Responsibilities include locating WIP on the production floor, verifying work order status, following up on stalled jobs, preparing reports and dashboards, and analyzing ERP data to identify production bottlenecks and trends. The role involves developing and maintaining Qlik dashboards and reports, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Program Management), and contributing to a summer project to improve production visibility and on-time delivery. Requires comfort on the production floor, data analysis skills (SQL/Python/BI tools), and the ability to work flexible hours; ITAR compliance and safety regulations (OSHA, EPA) apply.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree related to Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
